The term ‘customer’ above includes the principal business/website owner or operator and any other contacts within or directly related to their business. 3. Data is used solely for contact purposes with our customers and as information published on their websites to provide visitors to their websites with contact information. 4. The lawful basis for processing is contract. 5. Other than in para 3 above, data is never shared with any 3rd party and never copied except for the purposes of internal company computer backups. 6. Data is recorded and stored on one computer which is firewall protected and has high quality antivirus/malware protection installed. Backup copies of the data are recorded on a separate password protected drive. Access is by the Company Director only. 7. Data is retained for the duration of the period when website services are provided plus one year. This period may be extended if it is understood that the customer or prospective customer may require future services or wish to be contacted in the future.
